"I enjoy working closely with ambitious businesses and helping them navigate complex transactions with pragmatic, commercially focused advice.”

I advise clients on a wide range of corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. I work with businesses at different stages of growth, providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice to help them navigate complex transactions and strategic change.

Alongside my transactional practice, I have a strong interest in how legal services can evolve to reflect better how modern businesses operate. I have led several initiatives focused on using technology and improved processes to deliver advice that matches the timing, scale and practical demands of a particular project. My aim is always to ensure clients can access high-quality legal support in an efficient, transparent, and aligned way with how their businesses actually work.

I have particular experience working with technology and creative sector businesses, which has given me a strong appreciation of the pace, innovation and commercial challenges these sectors face. More broadly, I enjoy working closely with ambitious businesses and building long-term relationships based on trust, collaboration and a shared focus on outcomes.

I am an Accredited Legal Technologist with the Law Society of Scotland, having been accredited since 2020.
