I joined Higgs LLP in November 2024 as a senior associate solicitor in the business services team.
I specialise in corporate law, with a particular focus on company mergers, acquisitions and disposals.
I have advised clients from a range of sectors and pride myself on taking a commercial approach when assisting clients through the transaction process to ensure they are able to reach a conclusion that is in their best interest.
Having worked for a Midlands based SME prior to beginning my career in law, I have firsthand experience of being in the shoes of the client. This aids my commercial approach to a transaction and provides me with a solid understanding of my client’s wants and needs.
