I joined Higgs in 2026 as part of the acquisition of Vialex. At Vialex, I developed a service offering for suppliers and buyers based on my experience and specialist knowledge of FinTech, RegTech, OpSec, and other techs within Financial Services, as well as the need for sustainable investment.

I am a commercially and strategically minded corporate legal adviser and non-executive director. I have over three decades of business experience delivering tangible results and solutions, and have developed a broad appreciation of the risks and issues facing businesses and their impact on legal risk.

From my time as an in-house lawyer at top wealth management banks and platform businesses, I have specialist knowledge of the financial services ecosystem and its regulation, developed through extensive experience in product and service creation and closure, supply chain management, business change, and operational delivery.

A particular focus of my work is to provide clients with solutions and clear practical recommendations to help them avoid (ideally) or manage risk.

I am a trustee of two nascent charities, The SCAR project, which focuses on post-scar physical and psychological rehabilitation, and Share the Chores, an initiative aiming to help break down gender stereotypes around domestic chores.
