I am an associate in Higgs' legal counsel service team. I advise on a range of commercial contracts, intellectual property, data protection, and regulatory matters.
I have worked with a diverse range of clients in sectors including skincare and cosmetics, food and drink, music, publishing, sports, technology, infrastructure, and life sciences and pharmaceuticals.
I trained at a leading Scottish-headquartered law firm and was admitted as a solicitor and notary public in August 2025, before joining Higgs as an associate.
Working on the legal counsel service team, I enjoy having an insight into the day-to-day operations of our clients and the specific challenges they face.
- Advising on Legitimate Interest Assessment and Data Protection Impact Assessment for a multinational energy company.
- Advising on immersive entertainment experience, including music copyright licensing as well as equipment hire.
- Advising on an international community-led casting campaign.
- Advising a leading international infrastructure company on a software as a service (SaaS) contract.
- Advising on a complex assignment of copyright for a leading international infrastructure company.
