Christina Miller

I joined Higgs LLP in 2026 as part of the acquisition of Vialex, which I joined in 2016. I am a member of the legal counsel service team and handle all types of commercial contracts, from general terms and conditions to more complex manufacturing and design agreements. 

Prior to this, I worked in-house in the oil and gas sector for an integrated industrial and asset-integrity service provider in a frontline role embedded within its operational business streams. This led me to understand the frontline, day-to-day issues that arise as a service provider (in both complex and high-value supplier and customer relationships). 

As a member of the legal counsel service team, I advise on a wide range of commercial matters, as an in-house adviser would, but in a private practice setting. I enjoy learning about our clients' businesses, which allows me to provide advice tailored to their business and risk appetite.   

Outside my Legal qualifications, I have gained APM-accredited project management qualifications at Levels D and E and a BIMCO Diploma for Time Charters.
