I qualified into the corporate team at Higgs in March 2025, having joined in May 2022 as a Legal Assistant in the Business Services Department and completed my training contract, which started in September 2023.

I had an exceptional experience at the Higgs Spring Vacation Scheme in April 2022. This experience helped me decide that I wanted a career in corporate and business law.

Upon qualification, I advise companies and shareholders on mergers and acquisitions, guiding them through the transaction process to ensure their needs and objectives are met at every stage.

During my time at Higgs, I have also given talks to students at the University of Wolverhampton and appeared as a special guest on the Wit + Grit Podcast, aiming to inspire the next generation of lawyers and break down misconceptions of the legal industry.

Outside of the workplace, I enjoy going to the gym, watching football and cricket and travelling with friends and family. I also enjoy listening to and discovering new types of music, and have recently started learning to play the guitar.
