I am a principal associate in the Corporate team, having joined Higgs in December 2019. Before joining Higgs, I was head of legal at Sainsbury’s Bank before taking a bit of time out of the law to look after my family.
I have been advising on commercial contracts in many business sectors for a wide variety of clients, including call centre businesses, IT businesses and more recently, pharmaceutical companies, on both the customer and service provider side. Typically, I assist clients in dealing with legal issues arising from the day-to-day running of their business and, more particularly, in the negotiation of commercial contracts with their customers and suppliers.
My particular expertise involves dealing with mid to high-value and sometimes complex framework agreements. More recently, I have been acting for a pharmaceutical company, assisting them in relation to licensing and supply agreements, distribution agreements, manufacturing agreements, IP and exclusivity issues.

- IT services agreement – SaaS agreement, Framework agreement for the provision of IT solutions, including the provision of software (customer and IT provider side)
- Life sciences: Licence and supply agreement (for generic product/ Human and animal health); manufacturing agreement, distribution agreement, technology transfer agreement;
- Settlement agreements and resolution of contractual issues
