Having started my legal career as a criminal defence lawyer, I transitioned to corporate law in 1999.
I primarily advise SMEs on corporate transactions and banking and finance matters.
While I do not have a sector-specific focus, I have extensive experience and knowledge of transacting in the food and drink, IFA and oil and gas services sectors.
- Have acted for various IFAs in the sale of their businesses, both as standalone sales and sales to consolidators.
- Acted for a distiller in the acquisition of a champagne business
- Acted in the sale of a jam maker to a Canadian trade buyer
