"I provide company secretarial services to a wide range of clients, offering guidance and support. I also ensure compliance with Companies House requirements.”
I qualified as a solicitor after completing my traineeship at MacRoberts LLP, a large Scottish commercial law firm.
After taking a career break to raise my young children, I returned to the legal profession as a Legal Executive providing support across a broad range of corporate matters.
During this time, I developed a particular interest in governance and compliance, which led me to specialise in company secretarial services.
- Advising clients on the implementation of the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023: Providing clear guidance to ensure compliance with the latest regulations, helping clients understand their obligations, and implementing processes to mitigate risk and avoid penalties.
- Managing Companies House filings: Overseeing statutory submissions to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
