Grace Edney

I joined Higgs LLP in September 2025 and work as part of the coroner team within the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence department. Prior to joining, I studied Criminology as an undergraduate in 2021, before completing my Postgraduate Diploma in Law in 2023 and my SQE Masters in 2024.

I will be assisting the coroner inquests by undertaking a variety of tasks and will also engage with the coroner team to ensure the smooth running of the inquest process.

I will commence my training contract with the firm in September 2026 and look forward to engaging with four different areas of law within Higgs LLP. I am working in the coroner team for a year to assist on the Ian Paterson Inquiry, and from September 2026 I will start my training contract.
