I am a Personal Injury Associate within the Personal Injury department at Higgs LLP. 

I qualified as a solicitor in June 2023, and I have been practising solely personal injury and clinical negligence since the inception of my training contract in October 2021. My particular expertise lies within personal injury, however. 

I assist clients who have suffered an injury that was not their fault, whether that be at work, in a road traffic collision, or elsewhere. This includes employers' liability claims for accidents at work, public liability claims for accidents typically on public pathways, and occupiers' liability claims for accidents in shops or on any other premises owned or operated by another. 

The primary aim for me is to secure a reasonable and appropriate settlement for my clients, which can help rebuild their lives after injury and compensate them for the pain, suffering, and loss of amenity they have had to endure. To do this, I believe empathy and listening skills are core to achieving that outcome.
