"I’m a client support advisor with a special interest in welfare benefits advice, supporting clients through the claiming process, researching eligible grants, and helping to promote financial resilience.”

I joined the client support team in February 2025, Prior to joining Higgs, I worked for Citizens Advice for over 10 years.

I am a dedicated Client Support Advisor with a strong focus on welfare benefits advice and a passion for helping individuals navigate complex systems with confidence.

I specialise in assessing benefit entitlement, guiding clients through the claiming process, and identifying relevant grants to maximise financial support. With a compassionate and client-centred approach, I aim to promote financial resilience and empower people to make informed decisions about their wellbeing.

I take pride in delivering clear, accurate advice tailored to each individual’s circumstances, and I’m committed to making a positive impact through practical, solution-focused support.

  • I have advocated for a client who was having wrongful deductions from their UC claims. I got these payments corrected, and the client received a back payment.
  • I have completed training to represent our clients at DWP tribunal hearings.
  • I have supported a client to get discounts on their utility bills and identified their entitlement to financial grants to avoid financial hardship.
  • Identified entitlement to disability benefits and supported clients to be successfully awarded these.
