Chloe Partridge

I have specialised in medical negligence claims since 2018, working at both large regional and national law firms. Before this, I worked at Victim Support for West Mercia Police and provided support to victims of all types of crime, including domestic and sexual assault. 

I have always known I wanted to specialise in an area of law that helps people when they need it most. I pride myself on being extremely approachable and on supporting clients physically and emotionally throughout the legal process. I understand how daunting approaching a law firm can feel, so I go above and beyond to ensure clients feel informed, guided, and supported. 

I represent clients in a variety of areas of medicine, including ophthalmology, oncology, pressure ulcers, sepsis, fatal claims and amputations. I also regularly assist senior lawyers with birth injury claims and brain injury claims. 

I have a specialist interest in women's health and baby loss claims, including endometriosis, gynaecology, medical errors, stillbirths and complications during labour. For too long, I feel women's health has been overlooked, or symptoms have been 'brushed away', so I am passionate and tenacious about helping clients understand what happened at a time when they often feel they have no answers.
