I handle a wide range of personal injury claims and have a special interest in complex brain injury, spinal cord injury, complex polytrauma, amputations and fatal accidents.
I have considerable experience in dealing with catastrophic injuries, often achieving significant multi-million pound settlements, whilst at the same time focus on providing early access to rehabilitation in order to assist my clients to rebuild and make the best possible recovery following life-changing injuries. - £5.5m for a motorcyclist who suffered a traumatic brain injury resulting in losing capacity. Extensive support provided with additional therapy and case management fees funded at a cost of £200,000 funded by the compensator.
- £4.8m for a doctor who suffered a traumatically induced stroke following a head on collision with another vehicle resulting in hemiplegia. In addition, a full rehabilitation package was implemented at a cost of £354,000 funded by the compensator.
- £2.5m settlement secured two years post-accident for a client who sustained a traumatically injured stroke resulting in hemiplegia with increased risk of epilepsy.
- £1.15m for a motorcyclist who sustained a traumatic brain injury following a collision with another vehicle, in addition to extensive case management and therapy provision.
- £1.5m for a male who sustained a traumatic brain injury resulting in blurred vision, slurred speech and personality changes.
- £1.1m secured for a client involved in a head on collision resulting in significant orthopaedic injuries including fracture to ankle, left tibia, hip, pelvis, ribs and lumbar spine in addition to rehabilitation costs of £200,000 funded by the compensator.
- £808,000 secured for a client who sustained significant orthopaedic injuries to the elbow, right shoulder, right femur and pelvis.
- £435,000 after contributory negligence deduction for a construction worker who fell from scaffolding.
- £1.3m secured for a client who sustained a traumatic amputation of the left arm including provision for a private prosthesis.
