Following a law degree at Oxford University, I qualified as a lawyer with Birmingham-based national law firm, Pinsent Masons, where I spent 14 years working on a broad range of corporate real estate matters.
In 2010, I moved in-house to the charity behind the National Cycle Network, Walk Wheel and Cycle Trust, where I was the sole general counsel, providing commercial property transaction advice, delivering contract reviews, and supporting the estate management team.
I joined a Midland-based boutique commercial law firm in April 2024 and moved to Higgs LLP in October 2025.

- I advised staff and Board members on charity, land and property issues, managed conveyancing transactions, and auction sales of surplus land. I oversaw land acquisitions and divestments, as well as the granting of rights to third parties.
