I qualified in 2007 and have been working in commercial real estate in private practice ever since.
In my current role, I work closely with colleagues in our corporate team to provide support on the real estate aspects of asset and share sales and acquisitions.
I also have extensive leasing experience across the office, retail, hospitality, and industrial sectors, as well as broad experience in the acquisition and disposal of commercial property.
I joined Higgs LLP in 2026 as part of the acquisition of Vialex Limited.
- Providing corporate support on real estate elements of share purchase deals for a fast-growing accountancy consolidator.
- Working on the purchase and onward sale of development sites for a client specialising in the delivery of affordable housing.
- In a previous role, I acted for a market-leading UK supermarket, dealing with all aspects of their Scottish property portfolio, including acquisitions, disposals, new leases and lease asset management
