I joined Higgs LLP in 2026 as part of the acquisition of Vialex Limited.
I have a broad range of commercial real estate experience, acting for clients across sectors, and a background in both private practice and in-house in the public sector.
My role as an associate within the real estate team is to provide broad support and assist in efficiently and cost-effectively facilitating transactions.
I aim to provide clear, concise advice and enjoy delivering transactions to achieve results for clients.
- Acting for a world-renowned whisky distiller in broadening the visitor experience at their distillery, with the lease by them to a third-party food and beverage operator.
- Advising on the purchase and refurbishment of a historic hotel.
- Leasing EV charging stations for a hotel client across their portfolio of hotel properties.
