Eleanor Parkin

I joined the firm in 2024 as an Office Assistant before moving into the property department, specifically commercial property, in March 2025.

I assist the wider team with drafting a variety of legal documents and correspondence, maintaining files, and assisting in the day-to-day management of commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, and leases for both landlords and tenants.

I mainly handle the post-completion aspects of transactions, including Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) submissions and Land Registry applications.
