David Lucas

I specialise solely in Commercial Property, having been a partner in a number of West Midlands firms. 

My expertise is in handling high-quality commercial property work, and I have acted for a wide variety of property clients including several major national retailers.

I have many years’ experience in property management work including advising in relation to landlord and tenant issues, property investment and portfolio work including acquisition and disposal of standing Investments and completed developments. 

I have also provided support work on corporate transactions of all types and carried out secured lending work for financial institutions. I have advised occupiers, developers and investments, at both local and national level.

Outside of private practice, I am involved in volunteer roles with local community and arts charities.
