Will Thomas

I am a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team, having joined Higgs in June 202. Before joining Higgs, I gained experience at a Birmingham city centre law firm, where I worked on a range of transactions across the full commercial property spectrum.

My experience includes acting for lenders, trusts, public sector and private clients. I have particular expertise in landlord and tenant matters, as well as acquisitions and disposals. In addition, I have experience providing corporate support for company reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, conversions to employee ownership trusts, and de-mergers, alongside advising on small-scale developments and property trust arrangements.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing and following football and tennis, and regularly attend concerts and festivals.
