Natalia Milne

I joined Navigator in 2021, and in 2026, I joined Higgs as part of the acquisition. I trained and qualified at another Scottish firm, being admitted to the roll in 2020. 

I have been advising on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious, for the past five years. Typically, I assist employer clients with day-to-day issues, including the management of disciplinary and grievance hearings, redundancy processes, sickness absence management, TUPE issues, negotiated exits, and drafting contracts, as well as amending or reviewing policies. I also draft and deliver training to employees on a variety of employment issues.

I have experience with ACAS Early Conciliation negotiations, defending employment tribunals, from drafting an ET3 to advocacy at the final hearing. 

I am an active member of the CSR Committee, where I contribute to initiatives focused on sustainability, community engagement, and support for our charity partners. I am also the founding member of the book club that meets monthly.
