I joined Navigator in March 2025 and then joined Higgs in 2026 as part of the acquisition.

I previously worked for RBS/NatWest Mentor as Head of the Litigation Department. I have also worked as a Senior Consultant for RBS/NatWest supporting clients with complex employment law issues. I was employed as a Senior Consultant / Litigator with Croner Consulting and have previously worked as an advisor at ACAS. 

I spent 3 years working in RBS/NatWest’s Data Management Department in the Data Strategy / Data Culture Team measuring and monitoring improvements around the bank’s data.

I currently advise on all contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment law. I assist employer clients with day-to-day issues, including management of disciplinary and grievance hearings, redundancy processes, sickness absence management, TUPE issues, negotiated exits, drafting contracts and amending or reviewing policies. I also draft and deliver training to employees on a variety of employment issues.

I have experience with ACAS Early Conciliation negotiations defending employment tribunals right through from drafting an ET3 to advocacy at the final hearing. 

  • Drafting and delivering training on all areas of employment law to clients via Webinars, Teams and face to face.
  • Preparing and defending claims in Tribunal on various matters including unfair dismissal, redundancy, disability discrimination, health & safety.
  • Supporting clients with difficult and challenging issues, giving them solutions, certainty and peace of mind.
  • Supporting clients on redundancy consultation exercises and TUPE transfers.
  • Drafting settlement agreements and negotiating terms to provide the best and most affordable solution for the clients.
  • Extensive people management experience.
