I have managed Navigator since its inception in August 2011.
Before Navigator, I had worked in the legal services sector since 1991!
As well as the recruitment of all staff, I manage the Navigator team, and as a team we meet every morning; one of the only good things to come out of Covid!
I manage the relationships we build and foster with 20+ external partners, including business and charity associations, sector representatives, and complementary businesses.
I have been responsible for the design, sale and marketing of our services, and I set our pricing policy. I manage all contractual relationships with our clients.
I also manage our supplier relationships.
- While responsible for growth as Director of Business Development at Law At Work, twice recognised by Business Insider magazine for being one of the fastest growing 100 companies in Scotland.
- One of a team of five which launched Mentor (RBS’s legal services subsidiary). Mentor is now the largest provider of this type of service in the UK.
- At the time, the youngest ever member of the 50 strong national direct sales force at Croner and one of only seven to be above target in last year there. Croner (or IRPC as it was known originally) were the innovators of this type of service in the UK
