Higgs LLP has announced the appointment of Keith Anderson as Regional Senior Partner in its Edinburgh office, a strategically important transition that reinforces the firm's commitment to maintaining strong local leadership in Scotland following its acquisition of Vialex Limited and Navigator Employment Law earlier this year. It also underpins Higgs’ focus on preserving the identity of the firms it acquires as it becomes multi-regional.
Keith, who was co-owner of Vialex Limited prior to its acquisition by Higgs in February, has played a key role in establishing the firm's presence in Scotland. This news reflects both his highly respected expertise within the firm and his commitment to supporting clients in Scotland and across the UK as the firm works towards its mission of becoming the UK’s go-to legal advisor for owner managed businesses and the people and families that build and run them.
Keith will continue to work closely with colleagues to strengthen client relationships and build on the reputation that Vialex Limited established in the Scottish legal market. He will support the strategic development of the Edinburgh office while maintaining his focus on delivering exceptional client service.

Higgs continues to invest in its long-term growth strategy, with the Edinburgh office playing an important role in expanding the firm's geographical reach and enhancing its ability to support clients across the UK and this step in appointing a Regional Senior Partner is key to the firm’s operations as it grows.
In June, the firm announced it had acquired Shropshire-based, McKenzie Law adding a third location in its growth strategy.
Following the firm’s gold accreditation from Investors in People last year, it has also appointed Jonathon Forrester as Head of Employment last month, along with Alexa Holgate as Head of Residential within its Real Estate team
