Higgs LLP has been shortlisted across six categories at this year’s Insider Midlands Dealmakers Awards, recognising the firm’s growing reputation for advising businesses and shareholders on complex transactions across the UK and internationally. The firm has received nine shortlistings in total.
Richard Griffiths, Head of Corporate at Higgs has been shortlisted for Corporate Lawyer of the Year, while the firm has also been shortlisted for Corporate Law Firm of the Year.
The firm has secured three shortlistings for International Deal of the Year, alongside two nominations for Deal of the Year (£10m and under), one for Deal of the Year (£10m–£20m) and one for Deal of the Year (£50m+).
