Award-winning, multi-regional law firm, Higgs LLP has announced the appointment of Alexa Holgate as Head of Residential and Will Thomas as a Senior Associate, in its Core Real Estate team, further strengthening its rapidly growing Real Estate team.
Alexa joins the firm from Pickerings Solicitors and brings extensive experience advising on a broad range of residential matters, including high-value transactions and complex portfolio work. Known for her client-focused approach, Alexa will play a key role in enhancing the firm’s existing offering and helping to drive the firm’s overall mission to support owner-managed businesses.
In her new role, Alexa will lead the Residential team, working closely with colleagues across the wider real estate group to deliver a seamless, high-quality service to clients navigating increasingly complex property needs.
Additionally, real estate expert, Will Thomas, who also joins the firm today, strengthens Higgs’ core Real Estate team, reflecting the firm’s continued investment in talent and expertise across the property sector.
