The Higgs LLP Real Estate team has advised CJP Group Operations on the acquisition of three retail properties in Nottingham, supporting the business as it continues to grow its portfolio.
The transactions included the acquisition of a space at Castle Marina, one in Nottingham city centre and a third in Edwalton. The acquisitions form part of CJP Group Operations' continued investment in the region.
The most recent acquisitions were dealt with by Maria Nicol in the Real Estate team and Matthew Allen in the Corporate team at Higgs, who worked closely with the client.
