Higgs LLP has acquired family-owned law firm, McKenzie Law in the next step in its growth journey and which supports its mission to be the UK’s go-to legal partner for owner-managed businesses and the people and families who build and run them.
Following its acquisition of Vialex Limited and Navigator Employment Law Limited back in February, the firm has announced today that it has completed a deal which brings McKenzie Law under the Higgs LLP name.
The niche, family-owned law firm of Niels and Vicki McKenzie based in Shrewsbury shares the same people-driven ethos and commitment to excellent client service. The firm is highly regarded, and the team and their business ethos align perfectly with Higgs’ legacy of forging long-term relationships that have a positive impact on its people, clients and business partners.
Higgs LLP now has three locations, including its office in Brierley Hill in the West Midlands and in Edinburgh, and clients of all businesses will gain access to broader expertise and locations across the UK, while continuing to work with the same trusted, award-winning teams.
