I joined the Higgs corporate law team as a partner in December 2023. Prior to joining Higgs, I was a partner of another large regional law firm where I set up and led their West Midlands corporate offering.
I have significant experience in mergers, acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations and joint ventures across all markets, specialising in particular in health and social care and healthtech, as well as manufacturing.
I have nurtured strong working relationships with professionals in the SME market and West Midlands region, including corporate finance advisers, accountants and tax specialists, helping to achieve best results for my clients.
I take a pragmatic and commercial approach to guiding clients through complex transactions and take pride in being able to walk clients through negotiations in a way that allows them to take informed decisions in their best interests.

- Advised co-founder of Midlands waste management business on their exit via MBO
- Advised Vivificatio on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Evacusafe (UK) Limited
- Advised the founder shareholders on the sale of Quality Care to Choice Care Group
- Advised the founder shareholders of Eagle Engineering on a major investment by Chelverton Investment Club
- Advised the shareholders of laboratory equipment distributor, Medline Scientific, to global science tool and instrument provider, Calibre Scientific
- Advised Vision Express on its acquisitions of Tesco Opticians branches throughout the UK and Ireland
- Advised the shareholders on the c. £140m sale of a specialist learning disability and education provider to a European private equity house
- Advised the sellers of Raphael Health Care to Elysium Healthcare
