I joined Higgs in July 2022 as an associate solicitor in the business services team, having previously worked at a firm in Worcestershire.

I specialise in corporate law, with a particular focus on company acquisitions and disposals.

I have also advised a range of clients in relation to shareholders’ agreements and company formations.
