I joined Higgs in April 2025 after achieving First-Class Honours in my law degree from Birmingham Newman University.
I assist the trusts team with the general management and administration of various types of trusts. My responsibilities include registering and managing trusts on the Trust Registration Service, liaising with HMRC, clients and other third parties, and assisting in the completion and finalisation of trust documentation and forms.
- Registered complex trusts and estates on the Trust Registration Service.
- Assisted in the drafting of Trust Tax Returns.
- Worked closely with our Head of Trusts to manage and administer trusts.
- Liaised with HMRC on a range of matters.
