Higgs LLP is on the awards trail once again as the firm’s Real Estate team has been shortlisted for Property Law Firm of the Year at the prestigious National Property Awards

Higgs LLP has joined the legal panel of Amputation Foundation, a charity that is dedicated to providing immediate, empathetic and effective support to amputees and their families. The Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team at Higgs is committed to supporting people living with limb loss and those adapting to life following life-changing injuries.

From a medical negligence perspective, as Martha's Rule is implemented into all NHS Trusts and NHS foundation trusts, we hope to see that if there are concerns with a patient's treatment, their concerns are heard, escalated and acted upon promptly.
