Higgs LLP’s Core Real Estate and Real Estate Development teams have delivered a strong six months, advising on over 285 matters since December 2025. These numbers are a clear reflection of sustained client demand across sales, acquisitions, development and landlord and tenant transactions.
The figures underline the scale and breadth of the team’s work. Over the period, Higgs has supported clients on 46 property sales, 38 acquisitions and 150 leasehold transactions, acting for a diverse client base including owner-managed businesses, investors, landowners, landlords and occupiers nationwide.
The team has continued to handle high-value and complex transactions, including multi-million pound investment sales alongside a number of significant office, industrial and logistics lettings with annual rents exceeding £0.5m. These instructions demonstrate the team’s ability to deliver commercially focused advice across a broad range of sectors.
