Higgs LLP Real Estate lawyers Maria Nicol and Eleanor Parkin have supported Worcestershire-based M.T.C.R Marketing Limited on the purchase of unit 16a Blackpole Trading Estate for the purposes of a car show room and warehouse.
This transaction follows recent successes for the team including advising Tipton & Coseley Building Society on a new store purchase and supporting on the real estate aspects of the seven-figure disposal of steel manufacturer, Trident Sections Limited.
Speaking on the recent deal for M.T.C.R, Maria Nicol commented, “This was an all-consuming purchase transaction that was very tricky in terms of the different items needed to purchase the property, ensuring the pension scheme’s obligations were adhered to together with a very complicated title.
