Higgs LLP has advised the shareholders of Black Country steel manufacturer Trident Sections Limited on their seven-figure sale of the Kingswinford-based business. The company was acquired by S&S Steelstock, a Black Country steel group.
This deal forms a central part of S&S Steelstock’s growth strategy, led by the company’s directors Barry Collins, Chris Downs and Jon Elwell, and will also create new roles as the business scales.
Sarah Bradford, who led on the property aspects of the deal for Higgs LLP said, “It was a privilege to lead this significant transaction. Our work involved complex re-gears of the lease and underlease arrangements, ensuring the property arrangements aligned seamlessly with the commercial objectives of the deal.
“This transaction strengthens the regional manufacturing sector and secures future growth opportunities for the Black Country.”
