Higgs LLP real estate expert, Maria Nicol, has advised West Midlands-based Tipton & Coseley Building Society to help them secure another branch.
The new location, which is based at 3 The Square, Wolverhampton Road, Codsall is now officially open. The store was opened by Wolves players John Richards and Steve Daley.
Speaking about the completion, Maria said, “It has been a pleasure to assist Tipton & Coseley Building Society in securing another prime location assisting with the Society’s long-term strategy in Codsall. This adds to the existing branches at Tipton, Sedgley and Bilston so is a great venture for the Society”
Chief Executive, Adam Evetts also commented, “Codsall is a vibrant village, well connected and with a really strong sense of local community. Our vision is to have a positive impact on everyone we interact with and we can’t wait to see this brought to life in Codsall.”
This completion follows a string of success for the Higgs LLP Real Estate team – just recently they announced that they had advised USP Steels on the property elements of a strategic acquisition and also that it had advised on a £1.45m investment sale of 142-148 High Street in Sevenoaks.
