Higgs LLP joins Amputation Foundation's legal panel to support amputees and their families across the UK

Higgs LLP has joined the legal panel of Amputation Foundation, a charity that is dedicated to providing immediate, empathetic and effective support to amputees and their families. The Personal Injury and Medical Negligence team at Higgs is committed to supporting people living with limb loss and those adapting to life following life-changing injuries.

The team at Higgs represents individuals who have suffered serious and catastrophic injuries, including traumatic amputations and injuries arising from accidents and clinical negligence. Through the partnership, the team will provide specialist legal advice and support to members of Amputation Foundation, helping them to access the guidance, compensation, rehabilitation and long-term support they need to rebuild their lives.

Amputation Foundation is a national charity dedicated to improving the lives of amputees and carefully selects its professional advisory panel – trust means everything to the charity.

An amputation changes every aspect of a person's life and also has a big impact on their family. Our role is about guiding them through the process and supporting them to achieve the best possible outcome working holistically in supporting various needs. 

We work hard to secure the rehabilitation, specialist equipment, care and financial security our clients need to enable them to move forward with confidence. Our partnership with Amputation Foundation will allow us to enhance that support.
