Rachael Kell

I have specialised in estate administration since 1993 having previously spent twenty-one years with a major bank and eight years with a large regional law firm before joining Higgs LLP in March 2023.

I enjoy helping executors and families through difficult times, delivering practical advice with compassion and understanding.

I also enjoy the challenge of complex Estate Administration and Inheritance Tax computations.

I have experience in handling estates with agricultural, business and foreign assets as well as dealing with intestacy situations.

I am a full STEP member having completed the STEP Diploma.

I enjoy spending my spare time with my family, eating out and visiting different areas of the UK, with regular visits to family in Colorado.

I also volunteer weekly with my local Beaver Scout group for children agreed between 6-8 years.
