Emily Sadler

Senior Associate - Probate

"I am an approachable and personable private client lawyer that specialises in the administration of estates with experience of dealing with a wide range of estates, including those containing trust structures.”

I currently specialise in estate administration, having qualified as a solicitor in 2013.

I manage the day-to-day administration of trusts and estates, to include business and agricultural assets, foreign property and complex intestacy matters.

During what can be a very overwhelming time, I like to provide my clients with the peace of mind that the estate of their loved one will be dealt with in the best way possible.

I advise on both taxable and non-taxable estates and can assist with anything from simple Grant of Probate applications to full administration.

  • Successfully located beneficiaries on an intestate estate to enable them to receive their inheritance.
  • Managing high net worth estates to agree the value of assets with HMRC for IHT purposes.
  • Being involved in the management of an estate where the deceased was a victim of murder and liaising with family members during the process of the trial
