About me

"I am a paralegal in the estates team, I assist in the day to day running of various estates and I serve as point of contact for our clients should they require urgent guidance”

During my time I have assisted the members of the team on numerous estates that vary in complexity. I have experience in drafting applications to the Court for Grants of Probate and completing Inheritance Tax returns.

My role includes ensuring property insurance is in place, ensuring assets and liabilities are correctly identified and managing the encashment of assets once the Grant of Probate has been issued.

Further to this, I assist recently bereaved families by guiding them through the initial administration process during, what can be, a very difficult time. I am an Associate Paralegal with CILEx.

Assisted on various professional executorships that involved visiting properties, developing an understanding of the individuals’ affairs, and undertaking a review of assets and liabilities of the estate to determine next steps;
Identifying and liaising with agents to obtain property valuation, issuing initial marketing through to the eventual completion of sale.
