Robert Bubb

I joined the Court of Protection Team at Higgs LLP in October 2021 and began the path to qualifying as a Solicitor in February 2025. At present, I am completing the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE). 

I assist the wider team with the general management of clients' financial affairs, ranging from those who have received settlements from clinical negligence and personal injury claims to panel deputy appointments. 

I enjoy building relationships with clients and helping them build a support network for individuals with specific needs. I specifically enjoy the challenge of building these relationships holistically. Ultimately, the end goal of building a successful relationship is to enable us to positively impact a client and their family's lives, which is the most rewarding aspect of my role.
