About me

"I am an experienced probate practitioner with an interest in dealing with complex estate administrations which include contentious aspects and involved asset structures.”

I am proud to lead a team of experienced probate practitioners at Higgs LLP and enjoy providing technical guidance to find solutions to any problems which may arise.

I joined Higgs in 2015, having previously worked in the Trust and Administration department of a high street Bank since 1998.

The matters I deal with range in complexity from straightforward grant of probate applications, to multi-million-pound estates with overseas assets, business or agricultural property and contentious aspects. I have an in-depth technical knowledge of the issues that may arise in the administration of estates meaning I can provide early guidance on identifying and addressing any risks that may impact on how an estate is administered.

I act for both professional and lay executors and aim to ensure our clients have a clear understanding of their options on any complex legal issues to make the process of fulfilling their duties and responsibilities less daunting.

I am a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners
