TSG Solutions Holding SA recently completed the purchase of UCPC Limited.
TSG is the world’s leading equipment and services provider to the retail fuel forecourt and commercial fleet industries, and its UK business comprises nationwide fuel system installation and maintenance operations.
UCPC, based in Cambridge, provides high-voltage connections to help accelerate the move to electric vehicles (EVs) and renewable energy, and offers design, equipment supply, project management, installation, and maintenance to the EV, battery, and solar markets.
The acquisition of UCPC follows TSG’s purchase of DRB UK in November 2021. DRB, formerly operating as Emtec Petroleum, is a specialist EV installation, electrical and signage contractor, based in Hamilton, with operations throughout the UK.
In August 2021, TSG also acquired the business of Prime Fuelling Systems, based in Llandudno. Prime Fuelling provides bespoke fleet installations and services in the retail, commercial, and defence sectors, and is an expert in installing and maintaining AdBlue facilities.
