I have worked in the legal sector for over a decade and ensure the firm’s people agenda aligns with its strategic ambitions.
As an ED&I advocate, I am always on the lookout for ways to ensure everyone can fulfil their potential as well as opportunities to work with our local community and under-represented groups.
I am an Enterprise Advisor and Chair the Black Country Cornerstone Employer Group. I also sit on a number of Boards within the business and ensure that everyone’s views can be heard and respected.
I am a qualified Adult Mental Health First Aider.
