Karen Gray
Senior Associate - Family Law
"I am a family lawyer with significant experience supporting clients in matters involving domestic abuse, non-molestation applications and injunctions.”
I have a long-standing interest in cases where domestic abuse is a feature and work closely with refuges and specialist support services both locally and nationally. I have developed substantial knowledge in advising clients on protective measures, including non-molestation and occupation orders, and I regularly signpost individuals to organisations that can help manage the trauma associated with abusive relationships.
I have extensive experience assisting parents, grandparents and wider family members in complex children matters where issues such as domestic abuse, coercive or controlling behaviour and safeguarding concerns arise. My role includes preparing cases, advising clients on the legal process, gathering evidence and support in progressing applications before the court.
I hold Law Society Advanced Accreditation in Children Law and Violence in the Home, reflecting my specialist expertise in these areas, and I am also a committed member of Resolution.
