Jonny Jones

I joined Higgs in March 2021 as a trainee solicitor, having completed my education at the University of Birmingham and the University of Law respectively. I qualified as a solicitor within the restructuring and insolvency team at Higgs in March 2023.

I am a dedicated and pro-active lawyer who acts on both contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters, though I have a particular focus on the more advisory aspect of the law, to which I offer a bespoke fixed-fee service on the following areas:

• Annulments of Bankruptcy Orders
• Disclaiming Property

Alongside advisory work, I also assist both individuals and companies on more contentious matters, including bringing or challenging claims arising out of the liquidation or administration of a company, and assisting both individuals or Trustees over the course of a bankruptcy process.
