Alexa Holgate

I am Legal Director and Head of Residential Real Estate at Higgs LLP, having joined the firm in June 2026. 

Over the years, I have gained broad experience advising on a wide range of residential property matters and often work alongside colleagues across our private client and family teams.

I manage a large and varied caseload, including sales, purchases, freehold acquisitions, lease extensions, right to buy, transfers of equity, remortgages, registered and unregistered land, buy-to-let mortgages, new-build purchases, and reconstitution of titles.
