I am a part of the Residential Property team at Higgs LLP, having joined in November 2025. Prior to joining Higgs, I was in a similar role at another regional law firm.
I have been advising on all aspects of residential land matters for ten years. Typically, I assist clients with the sale and purchase of both leasehold and freehold land.
I assist with first registrations, assents, remortgages, freehold reversions, lease extensions, and transfers of equity.
I am an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) and am working towards further qualifications to become a CILEx lawyer.
- Assisting with the division of a multi-million-pound property into plots for sale.
- Assisting a client in reconstructing their title after the title deeds had been lost.
