Higgs LLP award-winning Property team has advised USP Steels on the property elements of its acquisition of C Brown and Sons Steel Limited, one of the most established and respected names in the UK steel industry. For Higgs, the Property team’s Sarah Bradford and Kiran Salhan led on this particular deal.
The deal involved the acquisition and funding of a multi-million pound portfolio of freehold properties in Dudley and significantly enhances USP Steels’ processing capabilities. C Brown and Sons brings with it state-of-the-art equipment to further bolster USP Steel’s existing facilities, strengthening its position as the market leader.
