Reconstructing the title to a property being sold with Probate for the family where I had to use documentation such as exam results for the children which had the address of the property. Challenging but rewarding and a successful sale was achieved.
Dealing with the sale of unregistered property that I had to register with a leasehold interest with no Grant of Probate for that part of the title.
